2013 Little League Volunteer Application
Any person wishing to volunteer in any capacity with Little League is required to complete and submit a Little League Volunteer Application (link below). There are three options for submitting a completed form:
1. Hand the completed volunteer form to your child's coach. Please plan to present to the coach a valid Driver's License (or other government-issued ID card)
2. You may email the volunteer form, along with a copy of Driver's License (or other government-issued ID), to Bill Barnes at President@StateCollegeLittleLeague.org
3. Mail the volunteer form, along with copy of Driver's License (or other government-issued ID), to SCLL Background, PO Box 244, Lemont, PA 16851
Note: SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS are required. No Exceptions!!
