| I would like to congratulate the lady's that won the scholarships. Put them to good use lady's. Hope to see some of you back in coaching or umpiring after you are done with your schooling. Good luck with what ever you decide to do. |

We will deeply miss Terry L. Murphy. He passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2008 Terry was well-known by many softball and volleyball participants and their family as he umpired/refereed for them. He always had words of encouragement to any players. I believe that we all have a fond memory of Terry from our experiences with him during the many years that he participated with the SCGSA. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, Julie, and their children and grandchildren.

| We are looking for any people that like to work with kids that would like to umpire softball games for the 2009 season.
