JV GRAY March update: UNDEFEATED in G4 regular season at 12-0 !!! Top seed in playoff
JV Gray After getting a bye in the first round they beat OLM in a close game where the Friars had to come from behind to get the win. They will now face St. Francis of Ridgefield Park on Sunday in the championship game. The game will be played at St. Leo's at 7:30.

JV GRAY March update #1: In NWBP CHAMPIONSHIP game vs Rivervale !!!
JV Gray finished in a tie for third place in the NWBP league and got the 4th seed for the playoffs. In a fantastic game against top seeded Ringwood, the Friars came out on fire taking an 8 point lead to start the game. St. Anne's, with the best offense in the league was playing Ringwood, the top defensive team in the league. Ringwood only allowed an average of 17 points per game. St. Anne's held the lead the entire game although Ringwood's much bigger players and good defense made it a very close game. Excellent offense by Kristen, Darian and Debbie. Defense was lead by Alex, Danielle and Brooke. With a few seconds left and the Friars up by 3, Brooke hits the first end of a one & one to put the game away as the Friars win 30-26. St. Anne's will now play for the championship in the NWBP league on Thursday night vs. Rivervale.
Friday, March 13
JV BLUE March update: Finsh G4 with a terfiffic 11-3 record !!!
JV Blue played St. Peter's in the first round of the playoffs and won 32-14. While St. Peter's keyed on Alexis, the other players stepped up on offense and were unstoppable in the first half. Everyone contributed to the win, with great team play. Kira and Avi ran the offense, with help from Allie and Brittany. Defense was lead by Nicole, Lauren and Tara who kept the pressure on St. Peter's. The Friars now advance to the semi-finals to face St. Catherine's. The 2 previous games with St. Catherine's have been decided by only a few points, with each team winning one game. Should be a great game.

3rd/4th update: Junior Friars WIN THEIR FIRST GAME !!! Beat St. Philips 14 to 8
On 2/20, the junior friars won their first game, beating St. Philip's (Clifton) 14 to 8. Gessica M. scored 12 points and Taylor M. added two points.
