SPRING SPORTS REGISTRATION.  

Sports include:  Track & Field (Grades 4-8) , Baseball (Grades 4-8), Soccer (Grades K-3) and Softball (grades 4-8).

Also, please note that Field Hockey (grades 6-8) registration for FALL of 2012 will be open until JANUARY 31st.  Registration is open to grades 5 - 7.  Please call Kathi Theado at 457-3754 to register for Field Hockey. 

In accordance with the Diocese eligibility rules, sports participitation is open only to St. Andrew parisioners and those who attend PSR at St. Andrew.

Open: January 3rd       Closed: February 20th (soccer will remain open until 2/28)

(a $50 late fee applies after this time and students will be placed on a "wait list" pending the commisioner's approval)

2. Fee Payment - All sports and Family Fees must be paid.  Online payment with your credit card thru Paypal is secure, easy and convenient.  No Paypal account required.

3. Sign & Deliver Parent & Medical Consent Forms - You must send in a hard copy of your consent forms with your signature.  By signing up online, your Parent & Medical consent forms can be downloaded with each athlete's information pre-populated on the forms.  Just review the form for accuracy, print, sign, and deliver the forms to St. Andrew Parish Office (attn. Athletic Board).  Consent forms are required BEFORE your child can participate in any sports activity, practice or game.  Practices may start well before the sports season, so PLEASE DELIVER THESE FORMS PROMPTLY AFTER YOUR REGISTRATION to:

Use Your Existing Registration Account:  If you have signed up online before, you should use your existing account to login,  DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.  Your username is your primary email address.  If you forgot your password, just click the "Forgot Password" link on the registration home page, and you can have your password emailed to you.  Husbands and wives, please coordinate this account, because we have seen duplicates from each spouse.  Please only use one account.

For New Users:  You must first establish an account by clicking "Create New Family Account" on the home page.  You will be prompted to fill in an email address (that will be used as you login name), a password, and other relevant family info.  After you submit this information, you will be asked to login using your new user account.  You should then add students to your account by clicking the "Add/Edit Students" button.  Once students are added, you may register them for a sport by clicking the "Register a Sport" button.

This registration system was designed to make it more convenient for you, and more efficient for the Athletic Board to accept registrations and fees.  Some convenient features:
