Stallions sign former Eskimos LB Greg Whelan
Recently released Edmonton Eskimos LB Greg Whelan signed on with the Edmonton Stallions yesterday, adding even more depth to a already All Star calibre LB corps. Whelan, a former U of A and Edmonton Huskies graduate will make his Stallions debut this weekend against the Lancaster Legion.

Stallions sign 5 former Parkland Panthers
The Edmonton Stallions have signed 5 former Parkland Panthers to there 2010 roster. RB Craig Carr, OL Tim Mottershead, DB Eddie Shepel, K/P Steve Wozimirsky and LB Dylan Cyrynowski.

Former Stallion drafted into the CFL
Congrats to former Stallions DB / K Grant Shaw on getting drafted 11th overall today by the Toronto Argonauts. Grant has played the past 2 season with the U of S Huskies (with spot duty on the Stallions).
Grant has been with the Stallions organization since 2007 and was a major contributor to our defence in claiming our 1st Provincial title that season.
