Stallions trainer Stephanie Liew will be holding an Olympic lifting class on Saturday, February 13th at the Londonderry Leisure centre.  This invite is open to all current and prospective Stallions players who are interested in learning such lifts as the Hang Clean, Powerclean, Snatch and Push Press. 

The class will start at 1 pm with a cost of $6.  This is a drop in fee and for this you will also have access to the Swimming pool, Sauna and Hot tub.  A great way to spend a February afternoon or to catch up with team mates.

Londonderry Leisure centre's address is 14528 - 66 st and players need to supply there own locks.

To any players, coaches and support staff who ordered rings from Barry they have arrived.  You can stop by Jostens office to pick them up anytime.
