2009 CAPITAL CAMPAIGN UNDER WAY

Our Board of Directors was thrilled with the overwhelming commitment by the general public in their support of the land acquisition through the articles presented to the voters on November 4th. A 4-to-1 vote margin in St. Albans City and a 2-to-1vote margin in St. Albans Town confirms the widespread support of our community for this project.
As outlined in our previously distributed marketing packets, the $402,000.00 Capital Campaign is comprised of Phases 1 through 3:
Phase 1: Funding Approved by the Voters $175,000.00Joint acquisition of the land by the Town and City voters at $87,500.00 per
community for a total of $175,000.00 has been approved by the voters.
These funds will be available from the municipalities by July 30th of 2009.

Other Donations Committed To Date: $85,000.00
Total Funds Approved and Grants
& Donations Committed: $285,000.00
