2010 SPRING BASEBALL REGISTRATION
Stafford Little League will be holding registration for 2010 Spring Baseball Season on Thursday, November 12, 2009 and Tuesday, November 17 2009 at the Ocean Acres Community Center from 7PM till 9PM.

CANDY SALE
There will be no work bond for the 2010 season and Parents will not be required to work in the concession stand in 2010.
Each family will have the opportunity to sell one box of candy; value of the candy will be $60.00, 30 bars of candy per box at $2.00 each. All proceeds from the candy will be the parents’ way to offset the cost of registration.
Example:
-
If a parent has a child that plays in the major league, cost $170.00, and decides to sell the candy, the net cost of registration will be $110.00.

If a parent opts out to sell candy then the cost of registration for the example above will be $140.00.
EACH FAMILY WILL HAVE TO SELL ONLY ONE BOX OF CANDY IF THERE ARE TWO OR THREE CHILDREN PLAYING IN 2010.
If a family has more than one child registering the higher registration fee will be the anchor. So if there are two children playing in the spring 2010 season, 1 child in the junior league and one in the major league, the cost for the major league player will be $60.00 and the cost of the junior league player will be either $175.00 or $145.00 depending if the parent would like to sell the candy.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
STAFFORD LITTLE LEAGUE DOES NOT PROMOTE OR ENCOURAGE PARENTS TO HAVE CHILDREN GOING DOOR TO DOOR TO SELL THE CANDY. IF THE CHILD WOULD LIKE TO SELL THE CANDY TO NEIGHBORS OR FRIENDS, THEY SHOULD BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
STAFFORD LITTLE LEAGUE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILDREN GOING DOOR TO DOOR UNACCOMPANIED BY PARENTS OR GUARDIANS.

VOLUNTEERS
Anyone wishing to volunteer in Stafford Little League must fill out a volunteer application and have a criminal history check. These are the rules of Little League Baseball and the Township of Stafford. Please bring a copy of a government issued photo ID with you to sign-ups. Volunteer Applications are available online at our website or at the signups.
