Indoor Season ApproachingThe 2006 Indoor Season is approaching quickly. This is the time of the year were we would like to sign up all newcomers for the 2006 season. Signing up at this point in the year will help us to have everyone signed up and ready to go for the big summer season. Practice infomation is listed below:
Monday & Thursday @ North Division High School. @ 6pm -Running
Tuesday & Friday @ Fitzsimmons Boys & Girls Club 6:30- Ployometrics/drill/Blocks

2005 AAU Junior Olympic Games

In the Young Mens Long Jump Anthony Strong finished in 8th Place with a jump of 22'00".75 and he also finshed 3rd in the Triple Jump with a jump of 49'03"00
Laquita Brazil finished in 4th place in the Young Womens Triple Jump Competetion with a jump of 39'01"00
Michelle Mitchell compteted in the Intermediate girls Heptathalon and finshed in 6th Place respectively with 3887 pts. She also placed 6th in the High Jump at a height of 5'02"00
2005 USATF Junior Olympics

In the Young Mens triple jump competition, three Wisconsin boys placed well. Anthony Strong, Milwaukee King senior place third with the second best jump by a Wisconsin prep all-time at (49-10½).
Brown Deer freshman Kaya Senaya placed 5th in the Long Jump with a persoanl best jump of 18-03.25, she did not qualify for the final in the Intermediate Girls 200 meters but ran a PR of 25.34.
Milwaukee King Junior Laquita Brazil brought home a 8th place medal in the Young Womes Triple Jump with a jump of 37-11.25.

We are only a few months away from the beginning of the summer outdoor season. We hope to have a successful and fun season in 2006.

2008 AAU Regional 7A Track & Field Championships

The 2008 AAU Regional Meet will be held this Saturday June 14, 2008 at Middleton High School in Middleton, Wisconsin. This is the first meet of many for the Spartan Track Club. The Top 4 individuals and relay teams in each event of each age division will advance to the AAU National Championships to be held on July 26-August 2, 2008 at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI.
