Yankee News: Fallen Hero

Fallen Hero
This is a dedication to Lyle Cambridge a former Shiprock Yankee who has passed while fighting the war in Iraq. Lyle played for the 1998 Mickey Mantle team. He was a person who always had a smile and made sure that the team stayed loose and relaxed before and during a game. He was only the one of two Yankees that year to hit home runs. The Shiprock Yankees honor him for his efforts in keeping peace and perserving freedom in the Iraq. We pray for all his family.
