Welcome to all referees that are involved in taking game appointments from South Region Soccer League.
This site has been developed to give all eligable referees the opportunity to see games that need to be covered by referees, and therefore give the referees and the SRSL Referee Schedulers a quick visual way of communication.
I anticipate in having the following SRSL Referee schedules posted: Niagara, Halton, Mississauga, South West, London Area, Orangeville, Hamiton and District, Brampton Area, Windsor and Saltfleet in Handouts herein.
Please keep in mind that we expect to see eligable referees do both middles and lines if they are a Class 3, or higher, referee. Class 4 referees are only allowed to do the lines.
The Schedule shall be divided into three thirds for referee appointment purposes. The First Part shall run from May 15th to June 30th. The Second Part shall run from July 1st to August 15th. The Third Part shall be from August 16th to the end of September (end of season). We will email all of you the appointment requests to be considered.
Should you have any questions in regards to the info provided on this site, please contact John Miljan by email provided herein, or your area Referee Scheduler.
Please note that ALL referees registered by Ontario Soccer Association FOR THE CURRENT OUTDOOR SEASON are welcome to apply for referee appointments to ref/line South Region Soccer League games in any area where the SRSL is active. All referees that are interested in refereeing at the SRSL level should provide the info about their referee credentials as noted below.
Please read the info on the balance of this page to get familiar with SRSL rules that apply to referee eligibility.
The main purpose of this website is to show all SRSL games to referees for scheduling appointments.
Please go to HANDOUTS herein to view and/or download the latest update (revision) of SRSL Schedule for the desired area and then request referee appointments. Such appointments shall be confirmed on availability basis and capability of the applicant.
You can download or copy the OSA Ejection (red card), Caution (yellow card) and/or Special Incident Report form. All are in PDF File format (Adobe).
You may be assigned a different game if the one requested is no longer available or if a request came from a more experianced referee for what might be considered a more difficult game. The date and time would have remained the same. Please check to see what games were assigned to you following your request to the scheduler. If games were assigned on ANY dates other then you requested, then the scheduler shall notify you by email or phone to see if you are available on those new dates. Please confirm your appointments back to your schedulers by email.
For all SRSL games a Referee must be at least a Class 3 and 2 years older than the age group that he/she is refereeing (middle). All Referees must turn at least 16 in the current year to be eligable. The SRSL referee scheduler shall appoint referees taking their ability and knowledge of the game into account, as well as their age, mobility and experiance.
For all SRSL games an Assistant Referee must be at least a Class 4. All assistant referees must turn at least 14 in the current year to be eligable. The SRSL referee scheduler shall attempt to appoint assistant referees taking their ability and knowledge of the game into account, as well as thier age and experiance.

1. The games that have been played (completed) are highlighted in light blue.
2. The game appointments that have been assigned and accepted are highlighted in light green.
3. The game appointments that are available to be assigned are highlighted in yellow.
4. The game appointments that have been assigned but not yet confirmed back to us are highlighted in red.

They will confirm your games by adding your name to the appropriate cells on the website schedule for the area of your choice by the next scheduled update (if more than one referee/assisstant referee applies for an appointment, it shall be assigned by considering the strengths of the individual for more challenging appointments). Scheduling updates are done weekly on Saturday or Sunday. When making an appointment request by email, please include the following info:

Your Date Of Birth (if this is your first request)
