ADAM TIMANUS-MONTE VISTA HIGH MVP, NICK SABO--MONTE VISTA PITCHER OF THE YEAR, MIKEY LOPEZ--HELIX, NATE HUFF--GRANITE HILLS, MIKE FLORES--EL CAP (CIF DIV.2 CHAMPS), CHRIS MAPLES--CHRISTAIN(CIF DIV.4 CHAMPS) JOHNNY WRIGHT--MT. Go Spring Valley! Baseball has such great memories. One of my best players was a 12 year old pitcher I had back in the 1980's who would take a miniature 'GI Joe' action figure to the mound and place it next to his feet when he pitched (for good luck I suppose--we did win a title that year). But the weird part is that the other teams just laughed. Nobody ever complained about the toy.

| I am proud to be a member of SVLL. The people that I have come to know there work very hard. I will continue to work side by side with them and support them in their effort to give our children a good safe place to learn both baseball and the importance of TEAMWORK. |
