Happy Spring!!
The following is information about two tournament opportunities for the spring and early summer.
1. Keystone Berks Blue 7 v. 7 tournament at Oley High School on Saturday, May 5. We have participated in this tournament in the past - it is a great opportunity!! Cost per player is $22.
2. Diamond State Games - Bear, DE - Saturday, June 16. (11 players) - A chance to see competition from the East Coast. Cost per player is $30.

Please note, your spot on the roster is NOT secured until payment is given in full. Further details about specific times will be sent as soon as they are received. From Coach Hall - Spring and Summer news
Information regarding Spring and Summer Happenings . . . .
Intramurals will be held for girls in grades 6, 7, and 8 after school on Monday and Wednesday afternoons at Orefield Middle School. The sessions will be held from 3 – 4:15 PM. If you attend Springhouse, you will take the Activity Bus to OMS. Please note there will be transportation available afterwards through the school. Please inquire about details at your respective school. Intramurals will begin on Monday, April 16 and will continue through May 23rd.
Please listen to announcements indicating if intramurals is cancelled due to inclement weather. Please bring a stick, mouth guard and shin guards to intramurals. If you don’t have a stick, the coach will have a few that can be used.
We are looking to participate in two tournaments throughout the spring and early summer. Information will be provided as soon as the details are finalized. At this point all that can be provided is a date saver for the potential to participate. We are looking at May 12th and June 23rd and 24th. Please listen for announcements at your school for more information.
Additionally plans are being finalized for summer leagues. Again once these plans are set, information will be posted at the schools.
There will be a meeting for all girls interested in trying out for the middle and high school teams in mid- May. Please check out our team website at eteamz.active.com/parklandfieldhockey to view any upcoming events.

Congratulations to Coach Steele, Coach Keller and the Springhouse Field Hockey Team on your 2-0 win vs Orefield in the first game Thursday night under the lights.
The second game ended in a 0 - 0 tie.
The 2006 Season record was 12 Wins, 3 Losses, 3 Ties
