DATES and DEADLINES

GKD SportsVision is pleased to promote and organize the activities at " SpringFling ". In order to do so, we are subject to numerous payment requirements during the course of the year to insure that the event will be able to be run on time and with a full complement of necessary items.  Areas such as field rental, umpire assignments and travel needs, insurance and other vital areas all require payments made well in advance. Thus, we initiate the following ' dates and deadlines ' for coaches to reference during the year. While none are cast in stone, they are very important for the successful execution of the event. SEPTEMBER 1 - OCTOBER 1   Prime time for submitting interest in attending; game scheduling to be

                              developed during this time. Check website for updates often.

OCTOBER 31         FINAL deadline for submission of interest in attending " SpringFling '12 "

DECEMBER 1        Submission of practice requests. 

                                Submission of $200 deposit to GKD SportsVision. (invoice will be sent mid-September )                                                                

DECEMBER 15      Invoices for full payment will be sent to teams expected to attend.

FEBRUARY  28      Full payment for attendance at " SpringFling 2011 ".  Deposit amount IS applicable.

NOTES

Practice requests         Practice requests may be submitted at any time prior to December 1. Requests should include date, time of day and duration of practice. Practices at " SpringFling " are customarily in two hour blocks. A request for three hour practices may be made: however, coach may not find a three hour block in ' prime - time ' situations. Practices are allowed to start at 8 am, we begin our scheduling at that time each morning. ( for example, a 9-11 am request will be bumped either up or back depending upon other teams requesting practice times that morning, UNLESS there is available open time. )  Ice and water will be found at all practice sites.

Invoices          Invoices will be sent on a timely basis. GKD SportsVision does not accept credit cards.

Payments 

        $200     Deposit amount. Applicable to final payment. Due in by December 1.

       $2000    Prep / high school fee.

        $2300   GKD SVision fee. ( colleges ) Covers costs for one ( 1 ) game - plus all practices, insurance, umpiring fees and related costs incurred by GKD, inventory, statistical provisions, printing, storage rental, related annual inventory needs, staffing, GKD rental housing needs, video production costs, internet access, labor, field rental, related travel costs, food & amenities, automobile rental ( staff ) while in Florida, website & advertising costs, related athletic training costs, other.      

        $400    Additional fee for NCAA games. ( each )   Maximum ( 3 ) games.

        $200    Additional fee for athletic training coverage for teams travelling without an ATC.

                     NCAA Division One and Division Two schools that may be travelling on a limited time basis ( for example, weekend - only ) may communicate with GKD SportsVision relative to a  fee schedule to fit their travel schedule and time spent in Florida..
