Coach Detmer (Head Varsity Coach):

Coach Detmer enters his fourth season at the helm of the Lady Panther’s Program.  Coach Detmer has guided the Lady Panthers to a 34-21-2 record in his first three seasons at Springboro which included a GWOC South Championship and Coach of the Year honors. 

Before joining the Lady Panthers, Coach Detmer was the Men’s Varsity Head Coach at Miamisburg High School as well as a staff coach with Oakwood H.S., Team Dayton S.C., Warriors S.C. and Ohio South ODP.  He holds a USSF National “D” License.

Coach Detmer, a graduate of Carroll High School, attended The University of Findlay which is NCAA DII affiliate.  While at UF, Coach Detmer was a four year starter and captain as a midfielder for the Oilers.    

Coach Detmer currently resides in Springboro with his wife, Rita, and their two daughters, Isabella and Leah.

Coach McCue (Varsity Assistant):

Coach McCue enters her fourth season with the Lady Panthers.  She is by far and away known as the “nice and calm” one of the coaching staff. Coach Detmer refers to as “priceless” among his staff for her many different contributions.
  
Coach McCue lettered at Ohio Dominican University her freshman year, then transferring and fulfilling her college playing days at Notre Dame College in Cleveland.   

Coach Fitzharris (Goalkeeper Coach):

Coach Fitzharris enters her fifth year with the Lady Panthers.  Coach Fitzharris has two primary jobs for the Lady Panther program.  The first is developmental training and physical conditioning of goalkeepers in both team and individual situations.  The second is to make sure the goalkeepers aren’t so exhausted from her workouts that they will be ready on game day.   
 
Coach Fitzharris, a graduate of Bellbrook High School, lettered at NCAA DI affiliate Murray State University before joining the Lady Panther staff.

Coach Balogh (Varsity Assistant):  

Coach Balogh enters his 2nd season with the Lady Panthers.  Coach Balogh was the Varsity head coach at Alter for 7 seasons and during that time period compiled an overall record of 80-45-17 while playing one of the most challenging schedules in the state of Oho. During his time at Alter they were State Runner-ups in 2001, Regional runner-ups in 03, regional semi-finalist in 04 & 07, and District Champs in 01, 03, 04, and 07.

Coach Balogh holds a USSF “D” License. He also coached several club teams with CUSA, Dayton Galaxies, Kettering Renegades, and currently coaches a U15 boys team with Metro FC.

Coach Balogh resides in Springboro with his wife Erin, daughter Kelly, and son Drew.

Coach Gomia (Reserve A Head Coach/Varsity Assistant):

Coach Gomia enters his fourth season with the Lady Panthers.  He has guided our Reserve A Team to an 21-8-3 record the past two seasons while earning the 2007 Miami Valley DI Assistant Coach of the Year Award.  He holds an USSF "D" National Coaching License, a NSCAA Advanced Regional Diploma, a NSCAA Special Topics Diploma and a NSCAA Professional Development Certificate.  He is also a Grade 7 USSF referee.  

Before coming to Springboro, Coach Gomia had stints as the Men's Varsity Head Coach at West Carrollton High School and Women's Varsity Head Coach at Madison High School.   While at Madison, Coach Gomia's honors included SWBL Coach of the Year and Dayton South DII Coach of the Year.  He also coached several soccer teams out of the Middletown and Mason Select Clubs.

A graduate of Monroe High School, Coach Gomia was a four year letterman at NCAA DIII Heidelberg College where he made appearances at all eleven positions. 

Coach Gomia resides in Monroe with his wife, Kellie, and their two sons Alex and Karson.

Coach Shields (Reserve B Head Coach):

Coach Shields is entering his first season with the Lady Panthers.  As the newest member of the Lady Panther staff, Coach Shields primary responsibility will be as the head coach of the Reserve B team.

Coach Shields brings with him plenty of coaching experience.  As a staff coach with CUSA, Ohio Galaxies, and Ohio South ODP his resume expands many different age groups and many different skill levels.  Coach Shields holds a USSF National "D" License, NSCAA State Goalkeeping Diploma, and is a USSF Grade "8" referee.
