SPRC Masters - Summer 2006

   The SPRFC Stingrays Master Swim Team meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Wednesdays from 7:30-9:00PM, and Friday from 6:45-8:15PM. We are going to use this website to post the workouts and discussions. The workouts will be posted under Master's Practices link to the left, and any discussion will go under Message Board link to the left. In order to see these pages, you must be a member of the website.
   The practices are set up as an A, B, and C practice. With each set you can pick a set (A, B, or C) that best fits your needs. If like any of the sets or dislike any of the sets, then let it be known via the Message Board. We will try to describe the sets as best as possible.
