NBAC Fall FASTival Meet Information

IMPORTANT NOTE: There has been a change to the start times of the meet.  Please see the revised schedule below. The start times of the afternoon session is 30 minutes earlier on SATURDAY.

Revised meet schedule:

Friday:

Warm Up 4:00 PM/Start 5:00 PM

*Check in for the 500 ONLY due at 5:15 PM. All swimmers in 400 & 500 must supply their own timer.

Saturday AM:

Warm Up 7:00 AM/Start 8:00 AM

Saturday PM:

Warm Up 12:00 PM/Start 1:00 PM

*Saturday 1650: Warm Up begins at the conclusion of the Sat PM Session. Right now the timeline says 4:40 PM - but that could swing a little each way. The 1650's will start after a 20 minute warm up period.

Sunday AM:

Warm Up 6:30 AM/Start 8:00 AM

Sunday PM:

Warm Up 12:30 PM Start 1:30 PM

Sunday Night Stroke Refinement Clinic

What: Stroke Refinement Clinic

When: Sunday's Start Date: 9/27/09 - 11/15/09
  • 3-4pm (5 to 7 year olds)
  • 4-5pm (8 & older)

Fees: Members $100, Non-Members $140

Registration: Registration opens August 9th at the front desk of SPRFC

About: This clinic will work on the technique of each stroke, including starts and turns. Each swimmer must have a basic knowledge of each stroke & be able to swim 1 lap without stopping. If a swimmer cannot do this we will transfer them to swim lessons. This is not a Learn to Swim program. The next 8 week session will begin in January after the holidays.
