Welcome parents and players!
Spotsylvania County Little League is the only baseball league in Spotsylvania affiliated with Little League Baseball and the Little League World Series. Our mission is to provide a safe and fun environment for boys and girls to learn and play the national pastime while instilling in them the values of pride in community, sportsmanship, teamwork and a healthy sense of competition.
This Saturday's in-person registration at Play It Again Sports is cancelled. Please check back here or at the League Hotline soon for rescheduled registration information.

Spring Signups Underway

Online registration is available and SCLL representatives will be on-hand to meet with parents and register their children at several locations and times.
Remaining Registration Dates and Times:
Saturday, Feb. 13 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Dicks Sporting Goods (Cosner's Corner) Monday, Feb. 15 from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. at Dicks Sporting Goods (Cosner's Corner) Saturday, Feb. 20 from 10 a.m to 1 p.m. at Gamers Sports Shop (Late Registration)Registration forms and applications are available by visiting the Forms and Handouts page.
Our spring waiver assessment is Feb. 23 and the player showcase is Feb. 27. For more details see the calendar. Practices begin the first week of March and games begin in mid-April.

In Honor
Thank you to everyone for your expressions of sympathy and offers of help for the families involved in our recent tragedy. Chelal Beninu Gross-Matos will be greatly missed and our thoughts and prayers remain with the family of Jonathan, the other young man, who was injured.
A memorial trust fund has been set up by SCLL for Chelal. The Chelal Beninu Gross-Matos Memorial Fund has been established at Wachovia Bank. Anyone wishing to contribute to this fund for the family, can do so at any Wachovia Bank branch. When doing so, please ask about the SCLL Memorial Fund.
A fund has been established at BB&T to help the family of Jonathan with medical expenses during his recovery. You can donate by sending a check to BB&T, Jonathan Colson Fund, c/o Brittany Harler, 400 George St., Fredericksburg, Va. 22401.
