2009-2010 Winter League Info:

Regular registration cost (before Oct 21st): $85

Late registration cost (after Oct 21st): $105

Registration ends October 29th

League Starts November 2nd!

Boys division games will be played at The Edge Sports Facility located on Old Vestal Rd.

The league will begin the week of November 2nd and go through the month of January.

Games will be played Monday and Wednesday nights from 5-9:30pm. More specific times and days for each division will be posted once registration has closed.

Please follow the REGISTRATION LINK to successfully register online for the 2009-2010 WINTER SEASON.  This year's price is listed above when registering online & is an additional $5 for those who choose to register through the US Mail.  Online registration is strongly encouraged, but for those who still wish to register through the mail, find hardcopies of all divisional registration forms and address information in the handouts link at the left hand margin of this web page.  A $20 late fee will commence for all participants on October 29 at midnight.  Mail in registrations postmarked after this date will be returned.  For those registering on line after this period, a late fee will automatically be accessed.  Avoid the late penalty - Do not delay - Register today!  All registrants should make sure to include extra funds if an official BC Lacrosse game jersey/uniform is needed.  Take special notice of the sizing & price information listed on the registration form.  This season we are offering five divisions of play - U13 Youth/Modified - U15 JV - U17 Varsity - Make sure you register for the appropriate division!!!

U13 Youth/Modified -

This division is for players who have not reached their 14th birthday by February 1st.  First year players are welcomed but should have a general understanding of team sports & competition. 

U15 JV -

This division is for players who have not reached their 16th birthday by February 1st.  First year players are welcomed but should be athletic, possess a competitive nature, and have a firm understanding of team sports.   

U18 Varsity -

All players in this division should be current high school students & candidates for their school's varsity team.

Coaching & Equipment -  

The coaches of BC Lacrosse teams are volunteers!  Often times our coaches are also your child's schlastic coach from school.  Other times parents step in as coach & organizer.  Still, on other ocassions, particular teams are in need of a coach to help organize and instruct through out the season.  In situations such as this, inexperienced volunteers can gain assistance from various varsity & college players.  If you feel your team falls into this category & is in need of assistance, email your request to SRL1120@aol.com  and we will help your team find the help it needs.

All players are responsible to provide all their own equipment.  New players are often loaned equipment from their school's lacrosse coach or athletic director.  Or, if players would like to sell or buy used equipment, send an email to the above adress with the items for sale/desired, and it will be publicized on this site.  Hopefully, this can make your needs as cost prohibitive as possible.   

 Additional Notes For All Players - 

Required equipment - - - sticks, helmets, shoulder pads, elbow pads, rib pads, gloves, and MOUTHPIECES.  Label all equipment & inventory before departing each evening....League play will begin during the month of June and will continue through July.  If a scholastic player wishes to play in an advanced division, that player must have permission from their team's coach.  If you are a parent or school affiliated coach, please communicate to us the team you intend to be coaching.  And, send any dates and times of schedule conflict to SRL1120@aol.com as soon as possible.  It is our goal to post schedule information on this website & send via email 5 days prior to the season beginning.  Please help facilitate this goal by registering promptly!
