Manito Park
This is Spokane's most famous and oldest parks. It has lots of trees, trails, pathways, ponds, conservatory, I could go on and on. We have our Thursday night practices here for Cross Country and meet at the Duck Pond at the south end of the park.

Mirabeau Point
This is a beautiful new park out in the Spokane Valley. It is full of trees, trails, flat picnic areas, it even comes complete with its own waterfall. This is the sight of our Tuesday evening Valley practices. A little difficult to find your first time. Maps will be available at previous practices. East of Pines Rd. Mirabeau Pkwy. is found south of Trent Ave. north of Montgomery & Freeway.

Plantes Ferry Park
This is one of our practice sites for Cross Country. It is located on Upriver Dr. just east of Argonne approximately 1 to 1.5 miles. This scenic park is also the location of the J.O. National Cross Country Championships December 9, 2006.
Riverfront Park
Well lit, centrally located. The meeting area for this run is the ice skating rink in the former US Pavillion. Lockers, restrooms and heat lamps are available.
