Board Meetings are open to the public. We are currently looking for individuals to be on the Board for next year! Have you ever thought you wanted to get involved? Have you ever had an idea or a suggestion? Well then why not checkout what the Board is about?

Ponytail Classic
Will be held May 31 - June 2 at San Martin Gwinn. Registration is now open, please contact Marilyn Burke at 4084768921 or mjbshark@verizon.net to get registered. Space is limited and we fill up fast.
Snack Shack/Volunteer Work Committment
All families are required to pay $40.00 snack shack/volunteer fee. Families are asked to work 3 hours. At the end of the season the $40.00 will be reimbursed. To thank our full-time coaches, the league will waive the snack shack work requirememt for two (2) coaches per team.

Snack Shack: Don't forget to purchase snack shack tickets when it's your turn to bring snacks. For just $20.00 you can avoid the store and purchase twelve, $2.00 tickets and pass them out to your team after the game. Then girls can choose what they like from the snack shack. Proceeds go to the league.
Financial Scholarships
Spirit of Morgan Hill recognizes that there are children within our community who would like to play but cannot afford the fees. As a result, Spirit of Morgan Hill can provide scholarships for those who are in need financial assistance. You must satisfy the requirements of the program to be eligible for full or partial financial assistance. You can email Sue Williams at sjwillia5@charter.net or Marilyn Burke at mjbshark@verizon.net. The Spirit of Morgan Hill relies on various levels of sponsorship to keep player registration fees reasonable. Sponsorships provide funds for new equipment, new facilities, and scholarships for players. Please promote Spirit sponsorship to your employer and other associates. Friends Request (Buddy) Policy
For players registered in T-Ball, Minors and Junior division the Spirit of Morgan Hill supports and encourages players to submit player requests at the time of registration for particular friends with who you wish to play. This might include playing with siblings as well. While fullfillment of request is not guaranteed the Division Rep will do their best to support each request. It's important for the kids to play with friends and inmspire the best in each other as they get comfortable and learn more about the game of softball.
