Welcome to the Home of the Springfield Fire
The Fire is a U-16 boys competitive soccer team that hails from Springfield, Illinois. The Fire competes in the Central Illinois Youth Soccer League (CIYSL), indoor soccer, and several premier tournaments, including college showcases.
Our Mission: Under the leadership of an experienced coaching staff, the Fire enjoys year-round competitive soccer while learning the skills, tactics and sportsmanship required to make them a better team, better players, and better individuals. The Springfield Fire was established for the love of soccer and an opportunity to share quality coaching with skilled players. Our organization wants to help mold young soccer players into role models on and off the field. We want to develop players and represent the future collegiate choices through competitive soccer and the principles of self-discipline, dedication, and high self-esteem. The foundation of this organization is parents with an interest in helping us help their children. We will build a successful team with the combined efforts and commitment of our players, coaches and parents along with dedicated sponsors.

KC Legends College Showcase Champions
The Fire went 3-0-0 at the Kansas City Legends College Showcase with wins over the Arizona Fury (3-1), Missouri Premier Rockets (3-0), and a 5-1 win over the KC Blaze Fire. Congratulations!!
Monday, June 30
Muscatine Summer Classic Champions
The Fire went 4-0-0 to win the Muscatine Summer Classic Championship. The Fire played in a combined U-15/U16 division and outscored their opponents 23-3. Congratulations!!

Crossroads of America College Showcase Champions
Congratulations to the Springfield Fire for going 3-0-0 to win the championship of the Crossroads of America College Showcase.
Thursday, June 19
Fire to Play Against US National Team
Congratulations to Alex Klintworth, Devin Pettis, Spencer Pulliam and Chapin Richards for receiving invitations to play against the U-15 US National Team. The Fire players played with the Metro FC Academy team.
