**NEW** U4 "Kickstarters" Program

 KICKSTARTERS PROGRAM

FOR U4'S

The SCSA has heard the parents and our young players loud and clear!!  Starting the Spring 2012 season, the SCSA will have a U4 Soccer Program called "Kickstarters" for children 2-4 years old with the following stipulations.....Your child must have turned 2 by July 31st, the prior season.  I encourage everyone you meets the age requirement to sign up for this new and exciting program, specifically designed to meet the needs of our younger children.  This is the perfect way to introduce the wonderful world of soccer and promote the game we love.  The progrom will be academy style in which all players will have a group practice run by a coordinator and with the help of all the parents.  The U4's will have one training session per week (to be determined by our coordinator and parents input) for 30-50 minutes each and lasting upto 8 weeks.  The U4 program does not play organized games on the weekends, but may play small sided games during the session. All players will be required to wear shinguards covered completely by socks, bring fresh water, and a #3 soccer ball.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Michael Heuglin at mrheuglin@bellsouth.net.

***SCSA 15 Year Anniversay Celebration!!***

The SCSA will be celebrating its 15 Year Anniversary on Aug 17, 2013 at Waterford Park.  We are currently in the planning stages and will keep everyone updated through email and our website.  This date will be opening day for all of our soccer teams for the fall 2013 season.  The tentative plans are to host a 3V3 tournament for all inhouse age groups U6-U16, set up inflatables, games stations, grilled food items, and much more.  We hope that everyone can join us on this special day, as our members are the reason for our success and formation of the SCSA.  Please feel free to give us your suggestions on how to make this event one to remember.

Sincerely, SCSA Board 2013
