Practice, practice, practice!!!
Practice has begun. Practices take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 4- 5:30pm at CedarHome Elem.

This year we are concentrating on "core conditioning" (if a girl can't hold herself she can't hold someone in a stunt). Please, condition at home in addition to at practice.

Cheer w/ a smile
Be ready with:

Hands on your hips,
Smile on your lips,
Spirit in your heart,
and ready to start!!

1) show respect towards all coaches, players, teammates, and referees at all times.
