Directions to Heritage:
From I-80: Take the 394 South exit. Take 394 to the third stop light. That’s Exchange. Turn right on Exchange and go approx 3 miles to Crete. Staying on Exchange, go through the stop light at the center of Crete and go approx 1 mile to right before the high school. That’s Sangamon. Turn left on Sangamon and go down approx 1/2 mile The Park will be on the right.
Be careful… Sangamon is a small road. If you reach the high school you have gone too far!
From I-57: Take I-57 south to the Monee-Manhattan exit. Take Monee – Manhattan Rd. east until it tees into Rt. 50. Go south on Rt 50 for about a half a mile to the stop light. Go left or east at the light and stay on that road for about 5-6 miles until you see a church on the left (First Baptist Church). The road right before the church is Sangamon. Turn left or North on Sangamon and it will take you right up to the park.
NOTE: The I-80 –- I-394 overpass is undergoing construction so you may want to check ahead or use I-57. Allow plenty of time for possible delays!
