REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2008 WRESTLING SEASON HAS BEGUN!!
The following is MANDATORY for all ASD sports:
1. ASD Health Examination Form signed by doctor, student & parent/guardian. Physical must be valid for entire season.
2. 2008-09 High School Athletic/Activity Participation Form signed by student & parent/guardian
4. $160 cash or check payable to SAHS (08-09 family cap is $330)
Get all of the above turned in no later than Friday, September 26!!!
