Pitching Records

The Pitching Eligibility Form is to be used for determining a Pitcher's eligibility for that game.

The Pitch Count Form is to be used for each game to count the pitches for each pitcher. One sheet is to be used for each team's pitchers.

Both forms are able to be filled out online and printed out.
