Southwest Florida Micro Masters Fishing Series is an established fishing series that holds twelve monthly tournaments in the Lee-Collier County area. We cover southwest Florida waters from Estero Bay north to Pine Island Sound. Our tournaments are catch, photo and release format as to minimize the fish kills that can be associated with tournament fishing. Teams consisting of a captain and his partner fish for an inshore slam (snook, trout and redfish), with total inches being the key to their success. Each month, the anglers fish for cash payouts and points. At the end of the year, each team's points are calculated to see who will fish for the cash in the end of year Champions' Pot and who will be our annual SWFL Micro Flats Champion.
Inquire today if interested in joining and become a part of a great club tournament series that you are sure to look forward to each month. Call 239-246-3866.
Southwest Florida Micro Masters Fishing Series was founded by the members of the SWFL Gheenoe Club in January 2012. After two successful years of hosting Gheenoe only fishing tournaments, the SWFL GC decided to open it's doors to non-Gheenoe boat owners in an effort to boost tournament attendance. The main purpose of the club is to provide a low cost, monthly tournament schedule to anglers in small skiffs. The teams compete for the bragging rights of the best skiff anglers in Southwest Florida. Our secondary goal is to provide monetary donations for local charities that are related to the marine fishing industry.
