- Learning about the Safety Program - and helping the league implement this important facet of the league's operation
- Managing (this is our "head coach" on each team)
- Coaching

- Recording "Pitch Count" for the baseball teams during the games
- Team Parent - coordinating activities and correspondence so the manager and coaches can be focused on their responsibilities of organizing practices and games, and teaching the kids life skills
- Scheduling parents to provide the 'most important' treats for the end of each game
- Field Maintenance - preparation pre-season, before games, raking and cleaning up after games
- Helping distribute and/or collect uniforms
- Helping with fundraising projects (at the team and/or league level)
- Distributing team photo-packets and helping organize the photo shoot in partnership with the selected league photographer
- Promoting local community participation in supporting your league ...
- Participating in training opportunities (for parents, managers, coaches, umpires, board members)
- Being a very pro-active community member - promoting "Cheers not Jeers" at every single game and helping inform those who may come with a "Doberman-ish" or negative attitude about adjusting them so everyone can have a good time supporting the Kids and the Volunteers in this Kids' Program ...
