Please find attached the 2010 Spiritwear Order form.  We will be placing several orders throughout the season, the FIRST one will be turned in rather quickly, so that we can get our Parents & Players in SS Apparel.

** Order Form & Payment need to be turned into me no later than Thursday October 1st @ practice.  Samples will be available next week during practice 9/29 Tues,9/30 Wed & 10/1 Thursday @ Perry
