Dryland conditioning will be held on the four Saturdays prior to tryouts.

Attendance is encouraged for all players intending to tryout for the 2009-10 season.

Four summer pre-skates have been scheduled for Tuesday evenings from 7:00 - 8:15 on June 9th, June 30th, July 21st and August 4th.  The summer pre-skates are scheduled for the American rink at Pan Am.

Pre-Tryout dryland conditioning will be held on the four Saturdays preceding tryouts.  July 11th, July 18th, July 25th and August 1st, 10:00-11:30 am at Perry Park.  Attendance is encouraged for all players intending to tryout for the 2009-10 season.

Tryouts are scheduled for Saturday, August 8th, two sessions - 1:30 - 2:45 and 4:15 - 5:30.  Final tryout session is Sunday, August 9th from 12:15 - 1:30.  The Saturday sessions are on the Olympic rink and Sunday is on the American rink at Pan Am. 

All dates and times are scheduled to change.

A great opportunity to keep your skills sharp is the Sunday Skills & Drills sessions led by Doug Maddox at Pan Am.  These will run from May 31st through August 16th from 6:00 to 7:30pm.  These sessions will focus on shooting, passing and team play.  Drop in rate is $12.00 per session.  Doug's e-mail is Indyref@aol.com if you have additional questions. 

The USA Hockey Season changes in 2009 from a 9/1 - 8/31 season to a 5/1 to 4/30 season.  Please register on-line prior to the beginning of summer skates and forward your confirmation to Laura Garcia at jricemom@comcast.net

The South Stars will be offering a 10 week summer power skating program at Pan Am.  PSA certified hockey and power skating coach Devan Heiber will be leading the program.

Skates will be held on Tuesdays and THursdays 5:35 - 6:35 beginning June 2nd.  There will not be a Tuesday power skate on 6/9, 6/30, 7/21 and 8/4 due to the South Stars pre-skates.

Cost for the 10 week program will be $150.00 and there is no drop-in option at this time.  The program is limited to the first 30 skaters.
