Mission of South River Volleyball Club:
SRVC exists to develop superior volleyball players in a Culture of Excellence! 

Vision of South River Volleyball Club:
Our Vision is to be known as a leader in Maryland Club Volleyball for our ability to attract talented and dedicated volleyball players and coaches who consistently demonstrate excellent sportsmanship, leadership, and commitment to our sport.

How can we achieve this vision / mission?

1. Zero Tolerance – We accept only 100% full circle respect from our coaches, players, parents, and volunteers. 
2. Coaching Environment - We maintain a coaching environment that is intensive, confident and focused yet emphasizes fun.
3. Skill Improvement - We consistently develop every player’s skills, allowing them to realize their fullest potential.
4. Every Player Matters - We never pigeonhole a player by failing to offer instruction that will develop their weaker skills.
5. Intentional Culture - We nurture those behaviors that result in the culture we desire; Communication, Respect, Healthy Competitiveness, Fun, and Continual Improvement.
6. Priority Oriented – We believe Family First, Academics Second and Volleyball third, therefore we will support our parents in keeping our players focused.
