Scorekeeper Certification Coordinator - Become certified as a scorekeeper (if not already). Help players with information regarding online classes, and with completion of the certification process. Assist with scorekeeping table at tournaments. Teams must have certified scorekeepers for each tournament.

Game Statistics - Help coaches by keeping statistics during tournament play. Short training will be provided.

Photographer - Take snapshots at tournaments and share them with your team. Arrange for formal pictures. Send a paragraph summary of each tournament to the website content manager and publicity representative for submission to the website.

Team Rep/Tournament Coordinator - Facilitate communications for the team including tournament details (pool/game schedule, facility information). Confirm that team will have referee available at each tournament. Communicate with tournament director if an emergency dictates that we have to hire a referee. Keep paperwork and rosters for team.

Social Coordinator - Plan and chaperone 2 team outings during the season, and coordinate end of season party. Coordinate purchase of “spirit” items for the team if interested. Assist with purchase of end of season gifts for kids.

Publicity Representative - Contact local media to publicize team events and accomplishments. Provide content to Website Content Manager for social media posts.

Website Content Manager - A parent volunteer is needed to help update website content including practice schedules and other calendar events, resources, etc. Post regular updates and approved photography on club social media platforms.

Referee - Certified referee for tournaments .
