        Hey Everyone Little League Season is here!   

     Fees:   Major, Junior, Senior- Baseball & Softball   $25.00

                Minors & T-Ball  $20.00

                 each additional child in your family is an extra $2.00

                (fees can be paid when you get the money - no need to pay right away) 

Please come out and join us for some fun.

               Heres what you will need to register

                       1:)     Your Birth Certificate

                       2:)   "3" Proofs of residence (parents driver's license, current utility bill and a current bank or loan statement)  We only need these things to verify you address!  No other info on these papers.  So if you want to black out the numbers and amount on them that is fine, just leave your name, address and date on it.  You can only use 1 utility bill for proof of residence. Thank You.        

     (also copies of these items will be made and keep in your child's file, for the season and then destroyed at the end of the season.)

***  If your child is chosen to be included in a Tournement we will need the original Birth Certificate again, so please keep it handy.***

  Again, I want to thank everyone for a great season last year.  We are hoping to have an even better one this year.

                 SOUTH LEVY LITTLE LEAGUE IS ACCEPTING DONATIONS

         OF USED BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL EQUIPMENT PLEASE DONATE YOUR USED AND UN-NEEDED EQUIPMENT FOR THE KIDS. LOOK FOR THE BOX AT THE CONCESSION STAND OR ASK SOMEONE IN THE CONCESSION STAND WHERE TO LEAVE IT.

  all volunteers must fill out a volunteer form and have a background check.  This is for the safety of our children. All informtion in kept confidential.  So please come out and volunteer.  Forms will be available at registration, we also need a copy of your driver's license.  Thanks again.  Remember this is for the kids.
