The SSBL Rules and Regulations as amended through May 18, 2010, by actions of the SSBL Board of Directors, are now available for download and viewing by using the "Handouts" link on the left side of this page. The most recent changes relate to lowering the league age for the upper division from 48+ to 45+. It allows players younger than 45 to participate in this division subject to approval by the commissioner and managers and places the "not allowed to pitch" restriction on such players.

SSBL Bylaws as revised in May, 2010
By action of the SSBL Board of Directors in May of 2010, the SSBL Bylaws were amended to provide for more current technology options to be used in conducting SSBL elections. The section on Elections was rewritten to create a single Elections Committee, to clarify its duties, and to allow use of e-mail and Internet tools during the nominating and voting processes. The Bylaws document in the Handouts section has been updated to point to the current version of the Bylaws.
