Welcome to the 2009 Southern Maine Flame U-18 web page. We're a group of dedicated High School & College softball players from throughout Maine. We travel throughout the Northeast, seeking high quality Pony, NSA and ASA-Junior Olympic Tournament opponents. This year's schedule will include attendance at 3-4 College Showcase events.  We welcome back 7 players from the 2008 team, 3 former players, and 2 new addition sto the organization. Together,  2009 should be exciting.

We'll once again host our very popular Southern Maine Diamond Challenge. Over 40 teams participated this past June with most age groups full by early February. Although not final, June 12-14 will be the weekend for U-10, U-12 & U-14 with U-16 and U-18 held June 19-21.
