Note: In the Championship game Peanut was pitching in the 2nd inning when there was a collision at home and her wrist was hit by an incoming cleat. She sat out most of the game until the last inning when I asked her if she was up to one more at bat as a Flame. She wasn't sure she could hit but I told her to just do the best she could swinging with her bandaged wrist. She agreed. In a Ted Williams like moment, on the 2nd pitch she RIPPED the cover off the ball sending it to the fence for a Home Run!! What a finale, Peanut!!
