IT ALL STARTS WITH GREAT PITCHING
Mo started the weekend off against a terrific Connecticut team. She threw an incredible 11 strikeouts out of 22 total batters! In her next outing against the Baystate Bandits she hurled 9 K's while facing only 16 batters! She had an ERA of 0 in the first 2 games!! In the Semi-Final game, against an undefeated Tewksbury Redmen, Mo threw a 6 inning complete game striking out 10 and giving up only 1 earned run! She was awesome earning herself the weekends Co-MVP!

Sam & Alyssa - Shock and Awe!
All of the teams we faced thought they could relax when Mo came out of the game. How wrong they were! In came Alyssa (pictured above) and Samantha. In her first game, Alyssa threw 6 K's while facing only 11 batters in a 4 inning mercy rule win for the Flame. She had an ERA of 0. Samantha came in for 1 inning of relief to close it down and lock in the win with an 11-1 victory! In Alyssa's 2nd outing, in the Bracket play, she picked up another 7 strikeouts in a 6-2 win for the Flame sending them to the Semi-Finals.

Janelle was simply amazing behind the plate! She prevented more runs than can be counted with her ability to stop almost anything coming at her. When the ball did get by her, watch out! She threw out three runners advancing for Home in the 1st game alone!
