The Eagles Hall of Fame Announces the Class of 2007
The members of the Middletown High School South Eagles Hall of Fame are proud to announce that they have voted on their third group of inductees to enter the Eagles Hall of Fame. The class of 2007, which consists of eight superior student-athletes and two teams, will be honored at a banquet and induction ceremony scheduled for Friday, September 28, 2007. The Middletown South Eagles Hall of Fame Class of 2007 includes:
"We are all very excited about this year's class of inductees. They represent some of the most accomplished student-althletes that have donned the blue and silver of the Middletown South Eagles. All eight inductees have earned First Team All-State, All-Shore, or All-County recognition in their sport and a few have earned All-American recognition. In addition, we are excited to honor the 1996 Baseball Team, which has been South's most accomplished baseball team, having won both the State and Shore Conference Championships in 1996 as well as the 1998 Girls Cross Country team, which was ranked 20th in the nation in 1998," states Andrea Ashuck Mrusek, Hall of Fame President and 2005 Inductee.
2007 Induction Ceremony and Banquet set for Friday, September 28, 2007
The Middletown High School South Eagles Hall of Fame has announced that the 2007 Induction Ceremony & Banquet will be held at 4:00 pm on Friday, September 28, 2007 at Middletown High School South Commons. The event will feature a sit-down dinner, athlete inductions and speeches, awards presentations and a highlight video. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take part in our post-event celebration at the Eagles Hall of Fame Game where the inductees will be formally recognized during half time of the Eagles football game vs. Wall.
