Goalie Development

Southtowns Stars held coahces and goalie sessions that were a success. Thanks to those that participarted and to Bob Janosz and his staff. 

Wednesday, April 9

Registration for the 2014-15 STSAHA season will run as follows:


Registration is now open all players.

Registration Process: To register with Southtowns, you must first register with USA Hockey (USA HOCKEY.COM) as a player/coach. 

NOTE: No player is to register in a division not appropriate for their age! See below for birth years allowed in divisons. Players will be asked to submit a non-refundable deposit of $250 when registering with STSAHA via the Sport Ngin website. Those players who were not a part of STSAHA last season must send a financial release from their previous association (if this applies) immediately to hold their spot. Please send it to PO Box 184, West Seneca, NY 14224.

The remaining balance will automatically be charged on August 30, 2014. See Sport Ngin registration site for more details.  Players will not be allowed to attend evaluations in early September if Association Fee not paid in full.

The 2014-15 Association fee for House players is as follows:

RWB/Mite - Birth year 2006-09 - $300

Squirts - Birth year 2004-05 - $660 (Coaches: Thomas Hart,  Martin Augustiniak)
PLEASE NOTE: Our goalie positions are full at the Squirt level. Those interested in the goalie position for the Squirt level should contact Joe Cione ( to be placed on a wait list for now until another team fills up.

PeeWee - Birth year 2002-03 - $670 (Coaches: Dave Berkhoudt, Brian Suzynski, John Franke, Thomas O'Donnell)

Bantam - Birth year 2000-2001 - $680 (Coaches: Joe Cione/Jim Lovullo, Mike Ingelfinger, John Leach, Jamie Mazur)

Midget 16u - Birth year 1998-99 - $735 (Coaches: John Marrone, Kevin Comny)

All Travel Team players and coaches must register for the 2014-2015 with USA Hockey and STSAHA by 5/15/14!

To register with Southtowns, you must first register with USA Hockey (USAHOCKEY.COM). All Travel players should have submitted a deposit of $250 upon signing. The Association Fee balance for Travel players is due by 6/30/14, but a minimum deposit (an additional $250) on your Association Fee balance is due when registering on the Sports Ngin website (We encourage you to pay the full balance when registering). Team managers are to communicate payment process to their players.

Travel Fees for the 2014-15 are as follows (includes $250 paid at signing):

 Squirts - $660

PeeWee - $670

Bantam - $680

Midget - $690

NOTE: Per the Parent handbook wich every parent is REQUIRED to read, the Associationfee for Travel players covers 40hrs of ice, referee fees for 10 home games (any extra ice, refs, apparel or tournament fees are the responsibility of the team and by extension, it's players). It DOES NOT include game jerseys (only socks)! Players are responsible to obtain home and away game jerseys. Team Managers will coordinate jersey orders and submit them to the Apparel Coordinator accordingly (Travel game jerseys were $85 each last season). Team Managers are also responsible for collecting and turning in Association Travel Fees!
