All players MUST register with USA Hockey before registering with Southtowns Stars!!!

To register with USA Hockey, go to their website at USAHOCKEY.COM or click on the heading above to go directly to the registration section of the website.

Once at the site, follow the instructions to register for the 2012-13 season.

When prompted, be sure to print out your confirmation page as you will need it to register with Southtowns.

We will be opening House Registration for returning Southtowns players on April 11th.  On April 23rd, we will open House registration to everyone else.  Any non-Southtowns players that register before April 23rd will be deleted without notice!!!  Registration will be closed once teams are filled and any additional registrants will be wait listed.

To register with Southtowns, you must first register with USA Hockey (See notice above).  Once you have your USA Hockey confirmation page, click on the "HOUSE REGISTRATION" header above to be taken to a website where you can register with Southtowns. 

House Fees for the 2012-13 season are as follows:

RED, WHITE AND BLUE INSTRUCTIONAL/MITE HOUSE--$300

SQUIRT HOUSE---$650

PEE WEE HOUSE---$660

BANTAM HOUSE---$670

MIDGET HOUSE---$725

NOTE: House registration includes game jerseys!!! 

IMPORTANT: An initial deposit of $250 must be received by May 1st in order to hold your spot (Those that register after May 1st need to send payment in ASAP).  Registration fees should be paid in full by July 31st.  BE SURE TO INCLUDE A PRINTOUT OF THE SOUTHTOWNS CONFIRMATION WITH YOUR PAYMENT!  This will ensure your payment is applied to the proper player.  House fees are to be mailed to House Director Ed Schmatz (18 Lillis Ln, West Seneca NY 14224).

All Travel players should have submitted a deposit of $250 upon signing.  The Association Fee balance for Travel players is due by 6/30/12.  Team managers are to communicate payment process to their players.

Travel Fees for the 2012-13 season are as follows:

SQUIRT ---$650

PEE WEE ---$660

BANTAM ---$670

MIDGET ---$680

NOTE: Travel registration DOES NOT includes game jerseys (only socks)!  Players are responsible to obtain home and away game jerseys.  Team Managers will coordinate jersey orders and submit them to teh Apparel Coordinator accordingly (Travel game jerseys were $75 each last season).

We are still accepting applications for "Red, White & Blue" (aka Mite) house positions.  Returning STSAHA head coaches who desire to be considered for a coaching position in 2012-13 do not need to complete a new applicaition, but rather, need to email thier intent to Mike Weimer, Tom English, and Ed Schmatz.  The email should include all proposed members of the staff as well as their CEP number and level.

PLEASE DOWNLOAD AND READ OUR 2012-13 PARENT HANDBOOK.  THIS WILL ANSWER MOST QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE WITHOUT THE NEED TO CONTACT YOUR COACH, MANAGER OR A BOARD MEMBER.  YOU CAN FIND THE DOCUMENT IN THE HANDOUT SECTION OF THE WEBSITE.

IN THE EVENT YOU NEED SOMETHING CLARIFIED OR THE HANDBOOK DOESN'T COVER WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COACH OR MANAGER FIRST.  IF THEY CAN'T HELP YOU, THEY WILL CONTACT THE HOUSE OR TRAVEL COORDINATOR TO HELP YOU.  

DURING THE YEAR, YOU SHOULD BE CHECKING THE MAIN WEBSITE, YOUR TEAM WEBSITE AND YOUR EMAIL ON A REGULAR BASIS FOR ANY CHANGES AND/OR UPDATES. THESE WILL BE OUR MAIN SOURCES TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU DURING THE HOCKEY SEASON.
