If you are interested in playing baseball and are coming along to a practice, you may wonder what you need. The following list should be of help.

* Foot-wear: Shoes with cleats or studs, soccer or rugby shoes if you do not own baseball shoes. Sneakers if you have none of the above, though soccer shoes can be purchase very cheaply from Sports World.
* Wind/track pants for training in. Please NO jeans, this is a safety issue.
* T-Shirt, sweatshirt, sports jacket.
* A baseball hat is recommended when the sun is out and sunglasses also.
* Please make sure you remove rings and watches during practice.

* You do not need to provide any equipment of your own to practice we have plenty available. However, in time most players purchase their own mitt as its much easier to play with a good quality glove you have worn in and got use to yourself, rather than having to borrow an old club glove.

* Baseball Practice is around 3 hours in length and it is recommended you bring some water with you, even in the Fall.
