   We hope you will join us as we embark on our THIRTEETH (13) season of FUN -raising  !!!!   

 Volunteer Registration

We ask that you register via e-mail, by sending a message to soccervillage@aol.com - you will need to provide a personal profile that includes: Volunteer name, address, phone numbers (home, work, cell), e-mail address, the fund or organization checks will be made payable to. OPTIONAL: NOT NEEDED TO VOLUNTEER – Note if you have a food handlers card and TIPS/FOCUS/SAFETY training or DPS security guard card license or any other experience or credentials that you want to share with us - please include that as well.  IT IS NOT REQUIRED!  

Volunteer On-The-Job Training

When you work your first event you will be matched up with an experienced volunteer who will guide you through the duties and responsibilities for that event. Volunteers can sign up for as many or as few events as desired. Soccer Village realizes that time conflicts can arise and you may have to cancel your commitment. If that is the case please do so as soon as possible so that another volunteer can be substituted.

Volunteer Donations

Volunteers with SV provide time and effort without intention of receiving wages or benefits  A donation will be provided to your 501C3 organization of choice, schools, or athletic or college scholarship fund or to you if you prefer, generally the donation rate is $8 an hour, but may vary event to event.         

What should I do if I want to work an event?

with all the details on the event.   

NOTES:
Be sure to come back and follow-up on this site a day
or two after you have sent your e-mail to confirm or Verify that you have been added to the requested event.

An e-mail confirmation will be sent a week prior to the
event to confirm and advise you of all the details,
i.e.: parking, attire, Check-in Procedures etc.

*The staff will report to Michell Carkhuff at WestWorld in the parking lot at the white Tent for the Thursday/Friday shift.  Both of the people from Thursday and Friday shift need to report to WestWorld for the Saturday and shift.  They will report to Michell Carkhuff at the lower level next to the 10x10 EZ-up.

This staff should be outgoing with sales experience.  They will be asked to approach customers with a convincing sales pitch. Proper training will be provided.
