Spring Training
A Huge Thank you to everyone who participated at the Peoria Sports Complex this season!!
Funds mailed 5/3/12 !!
-
The calulation for donations are based on adding up all the hours worked during the week We then add up all the commission earned dollars from food and beverage sales from each of the stands and divide that number into the total hours worked by each volunteer to arrive at an hourly rate.
-
The hourly rate is then mutiplied by the hours you worked and a donation check is issued.
-
This is a long drawn out process, if you find any discrepenices -please let me so that we can correct it before the funds are distributed to each of you.
