Coaches and Trainers- I Need to gain about 5-10 pounds

I am 5'5" softball player and play outfield and Short stop, I am pretty fast and have a strong arm , but only weigh 110, Need something healthy day to day plan for health natural weigh gain and keep and build muscle??? Coaches and Intructors please respond / or those with real experience. dg

Gaining weight is simple; simply take more calories than you burn. I'll assume that you train everyday for softball and on a weightlifting program. What I can say is that you should eat more than you want to eat. But eat clean and healthy foods, not junk.
Stuff like red meat, meat, cheese, veggies, fruits. If you are really struggling to gain weight, add olive oil and peanut butter to your diet.
