SUMMER GAME STATS

You must register and be certified by the NCAA Clearinghouse if you plan to participate in Division I or Division II. There is a cost of $18 for this registration. The best time to register is at the end of the junior year, before summer. The Clearinghouse information can be obtained from your high school Guidance Counselor. The Booklet has two parts: a student form which must be filled out with the $18 and a high school section to be completed by the high school officials. The Clearinghouse requires two items to be eligible:

grades (grades for each core course)
test scores (SAT and/or ACT)

Attention to Core Course and Test Scores requirements should be addressed by the middle of the Sophomore year. When the Clearinghouse information is filed, those colleges who wish to recruit you will contact the Clearinghouse for your records. The college must make a request for your records. The Clearinghouse will not send it to the schools of your choice.
