For 3rd-5th grades, the evaluations spread talent evenly.

For 6th-8th grade, the evaluations sort the children from most competitive to less competitive when placing on teams.

Note II: Do not sign up for Active.com membership unless you see a benefit for yourself. This is not a SMOY required or requested offering.
