Coaching Philosophy
As a volleyball coach, I am called upon to do the following:
COMMUNICATE: My communication involes not only parents and volleyball referees. I will communicate in a positive way and show that I have the best interest of the players heart.
DIRECT PLAYERS IN COMPETITION: This includes determining starting line ups and subsitution plans. Also, making tactical decisions during the game and communicating with opposing coaches and players.
HELP PLAYERS BECOME FIT TO PLAY VOLLEYBALL: I want my players to develop the right conditioning for volleyball so they can play the game safely and successfully. Players should also understand the value of fitness and enjoy conditioning for volleyball.
HELP YOUNG PEOPLE DEVELOP CHARACTER: Character development includes learning to be caring, have honesty, give respect, and have responsibility. It's best to teach these values to players and demonstrate and encourage behanviors that express these values at all times.

Personal
I am from Everett, WA and I graduated from Cascade High School in 2008. I currently live in Mukilteo, WA with my boyfriend of almost 7 years and our dog Bailey. When I am not working or coaching volleyball you will find me playing volleyball, doing homework, or just running around enjoying myself. I love to spend time with my family, play with my dog, write poetry and most of all enjoy every moment I have.
