Shawnee Mission East Track & Field
SUMMER WORKOUTS STARTING THIS TUESDAY, June 30th @ 6:00 at East. Coach Pennington and Coach Meschke will meet Tuesday &Thursday evenings at 6:00 up at school for those athletes interested in working on technique, form, hurdles, or sprints. This will be very informal and just a way to work on some things throughout the summer. You will be asked to sign a consent form that says your parents understand you are working out at your own risk. This is open to any East student interested in working on these things, but is geared toward Sprinters and Hurdlers. Please email coach Meschke at eameschk@smsd.org with questions.

For those athletes that missed the state gathering at Coach Meschke's house:
1) if you need to turn your uniform in you can either take it to my house or drop it off at summer running in the am at Indian Hills with coach Tricia or Chaffee (uniforms must be turned in prior to school in order to enroll)
2) if you didn't get a copy of the state video you can contact Coach Pennington (THEY ARE AWESOME AS ALWAYS!! Thanks coach)
