SLYAA: Welcome

Welcome to SLYAA.org, the official communication and information link for players from Kindergarten through 8th grade in the Spirit Lake Community.  This site seeks to enhance the personal growth and development of everyone involved in our youth baseball and softball programs, ON and OFF the field, including, but not limited to the players, coaches, parents, spectators and officials.  Play hard, have fun and enjoy the season with the SLYAA.

Jun 25 - 29, 2012:  End of Season League Tournaments

Jul 7-8, 2012:  SLYAA Pizza Ranch Softball Tourney

Jul 14-15, 2012:  SLYAA McDonald's Baseball Classic

The tournament is beginning to fill up so get your registrations in early.  All divisions are currently full with the exception of U14 which has room for two more teams.

The 2012 SLYAA Baseball tournament, sponsored by McDonald's, will be held on Saturday, July 14th and Sunday, July 15th! Featuring teams from all over Northwest Iowa, South Dakota and Minnesota, our tournament draws the best in local talent to Spirit Lake for a fun and competitive baseball weekend! Come play on some of the best fields in Northwest Iowa - featuring the Spirit Lake Indian Stadium Field!

The 2012 SLYAA Season Schedule has now been published to the web site.  You many view the schedule online via the league calendar or by following the steps below:

 1.  On the left hand menu bar click on "Schedules"

2.  Click on your appropriate division

3.  from here you can view the schedule online or get a hard copy by clicking on "printable schedule" in the upper right of the screen

if you prefer to get a team specific schedule do this:

1.  On the left hand menu bar click on "Teams"

2.  Under the appropriate division click on your desired team

3.  Click on "Schedules"
