College Games Ritual

I played DI women's lacrosse for the University of Richmond and had a couple pre-game rituals that started my freshman year. I have a handshake with our goalie, who is also my year, that we do before every game. Also, in order to keep my nerves calm I like to do some stick tricks right before we take the field. Nothing to crazy...all things I've been doing for years that are second nature by now.

I would love to hear what other people do. Anyone else have any cool rituals???
